UniCredit International Graduate Program

Our International Graduate Program in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) marks the perfect start in your professional career. The program enables you to rotate from your target area to national and international interfaces, in order to gain practical know-how in different CIB areas. Before our new graduates start working in their different positions all over Europe, they come together in a three week booth camp – the CIB Campus.

During the campus the talents get to know their fellow peers, receive workshops and meet members of the executive board and senior management. In soft skills and teamwork trainings, but also in specialized lessons, which are tailor-made for their business, such as Markets, Investment Banking or Global Transaction Banking, the graduates learn all essential for a successful start into their new jobs. Besides the trainings, networking is one of the essentials of the Campus. In fun activities such as a cooking course, the graduates are able to build up a "first" strong network.
