Help Dell Technologies customize solutions for customers with a role on our Solutions Principal team. On this team, you’ll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical support and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans.

What you’ll achieve

As Technical Sales Graduate EMEA (m/f/d), you will directly report to our VP Solution Sales and work together with our EMEA team of Senior Solution Principals. You will be supporting in the development and implementation of complex and specialized services and solutions. Additionally, you will deliver customer workshops, sales presentations and product demonstrations, to develop detailed installations or system integration plans, to ensure our customers get the innovative, relevant, interoperable solutions they need. This role is a perfect opportunity for an innovative, outside the box thinking and pro-active recent graduate as we will provide you with training and a mentor to learn and develop a deep understanding of our portfolio. 

You will:

  • Support the EMEA team of Senior Solution Principals during the entire presales cycle, including program and process management and interact with the Services Sales Teams, Core Sales Account Teams and customers to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Support the EMEA team of Senior Solution Principals in business development by organizing, executing and evaluating accelerator workshops with our EMEA customers for the development of strategic account planning and the implementation of complex and specialized services and solutions
  • Learn from your colleagues how to grow into a technical advisor role being able to analyse technical and business requirements to offer our customers the best technology solutions
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the Dell Services portfolio and learn how to respond to information requests and proposals (Requests for Information, Requests for Quotation and Requests of Proposals)
  • Acquire market expertise around competitive offerings and general IT changes combined with customer and industry trends

Essential Requirements

  • IT / Business related degree (graduated within the last 12 months or graduating within the next months) and first work experience through internships or student assistant roles in technical sales, systems engineering or related business units
  • Passion for technology and technical sales with the ambition to succeed within a technical sales role
  • High level of customer orientation, learning agility, resilience, persistence and intercultural competence (communication & cooperation within EMEA region)
  • Good analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
