Locations: Berlin, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg and Munich.

Your impact:

• Projects: You support and work on topics from the areas of process optimization, digitalization, sustainability and change management within the logistics industry.
• Promoting: the industry transformation and you actively participate in implementation of innovation.
• Preparing and conducting: workshops with your team helping to shape understanding about latest trends and to make decisions about corporate development.
• Daily business: allows you to communicate and act at management and C-level.

Your skillset:

• You are a true logistician and speak the maritime, aviation or road transport language and know the supply chain processes, problems and needs by heart
• You bring along a broad skillset around transportation modes, TMS, logistics network efficiency levers, industry structures and value drivers of transportation services
• You have experience in Business Process Management and Process Excellence, with a focus on logistics and supply chain processes.
• Ideally you have a resilient network , and a deep understanding of 3PL/4PL requirements on today’s forwarding industry.
• Generic skills: PowerPoint, project management, facilitation skills, communication.
